GO BACK Mike Tang

Case Summary

Corona P.D. arrested me for "child endangerment" simply for letting my child walk home at around 8PM. The curfew law states explicity that minors can be out until 10PM. However, the police, prosecutor, and judge, all collaborated on keeping my defense out of the trial. Coincidentally, I called Corona P.D. today on Halloween 2017 to report seeing dozens of unsupervised children roaming the streets of our city and eating candy from strangers. The dispatcher says that it's totally fine, because it's Halloween, and it's totally fine on any day. (I have a record of this conversation). So basically police are lying in court, making up highly improbable phantom dangers (like kidnappings and being hit by drunk drivers), to try to get me in trouble.
