takes every complaint of police misconduct seriously. We do our best to
assist our clients in seeking justice. However we will not support false complaints
made against police officers or anyone else. From time to time we have
had clients submit false information about an interaction with the
police. We have been forced to respond to a series of anonymous Internet
posts by some clients claiming that the investigation of their complaint proved
misconduct when in fact it did not. When clients post their information
on the Internet we cannot protect their privacy.
We have
opened the unfounded section of our website for those complaints we determined
to be completely false and without factual basis.
