Police Complaint Center

      ________________________ agrees that neither he/she nor anyone operating on his/her behalf will disclose or use, in any manner, any confidential or proprietary information or material concerning the Police Complaint Center or its operations, unless:

         1. Required to do so in order to conduct the business of the Company in its ordinary course, and the disclosure or use is only within the Company, or
         2. Expressly authorized to do so by PCC Senior Staff members, or
         3. Expressly ordered to do so by a court of law.

 

      The “information” mentioned above, which must be keep confidential, includes, but is not limited to, the  following;

               1. Personal information of staff members,
               2. Personal information of clients/ complainants, including the details of their complaint,
               3. Information concerning current and upcoming investigations
               4. All verbal or electronic communications, concerning PCC operations, it’s staff, clients and/or investigations.
               5. Any open criminal or civil investigation that is being conducted by a law enforcement agency (violation of this term may result in civil and/or criminal penalties)

 

      I understand that if I violate any of the terms of confidentiality, that are mentioned above, I will   immediately be terminated from the organization and my access to the PCC web office and other PCC  information, will be discontinued.

      By signing my name below, I agree to all the above mentioned terms and fully understand the penalties that  may result from me violating these terms.
