I noticed on the Independence MO video that the officer used the ulna nerve pressure point just above the elbow. The investigator did not throw his own head into the glass. You can see the cop's thumb pinching this nerve on the video.

Independence PD threw me to the ground using only this pinched nerve trick. I had a small bruise there later about the size of a finger. I believe it's in the military hand to hand combat manual and jujitsu.

You can post comments on the video section. Just scroll all the way down and on the bottom the right is a link to post comments. The sad thing behind all this is that the officer in question still has a job and to add salt to the wound as far as I know nothing was ever done.

Yes, and there were four people involved all acting under color of law. Synching their stories to victimize an individual. This is no surprise to many around here. What's also worst is that they have apparently intimidated KCTV into removing the investigation - no trace of it on their site. Perhaps the cops said that he banged his own head and didn't mention the nerve pinch which they know all about. This is Federal material IMO.

KCTV pulled the video of the investigation from the site. They have a short clip of the follow up but thats it. Perhaps an E-mail to KCTV would get some answers. Im with you, odd that such a big story is pulled with no trace.

Was a civil suit ever filed against this sgt?

Yes my understand is that its still pending.
