This is a well being check? By Volusia county sheriffs I was asleep 2 deputies knocked on the door. I woke up put on my pants answered the door they said they needed to check on me because my wife had called and said she was worried. I told them I have not talked to her in a week and if that was all they wanted that I would like to go back to sleep. They asked me to come out and talk. I said want to go to sleep and I have not seen or talked to my wife in a week. They said it’s not that simple. Tired needing to go to work in the morning, I said don’t want to talk and started to close the door, Doss Moss put his foot in the door then he entered my apartment without my permission. When he did this I backed up in to my bed room. I said it again I’m okay. Then my landlady steps in and says he is fine leave him alone. She’s in back of deputy Pagliari 7088and now Moss is behind me. Only being awake 2 minutes and only having pants that I had slipped on and Conner by sheriffs. I asked again what you want.
No answer. I asked again what you want. They replied it’s not that simple. I told them when you know what you want call me because I’m going to have a smoke. I started to walk to the door put my hand my pocket to get my smokes and light. They said you’re under arrest, I said for what. No answer they just stared to grab at me. I said it again [for what!] no answer! Now I was awake for 3 minutes and getting mad. They had my arm and he went to get hand cuffs and I said I 'm not under arrest ‘thinking they have to have a reason to arrest you’ I WAS SLEEPING 3 MINIUTES EARLIER IN THE SAFTY OF MY HOME] now I’m being accused of things not listened to my home broken into and arrested was not the end. Moss and Pagliari pushed me to a wall breaking some of my landlady’s stuff I said that not my stuff. They smashed my toe knocking the nail off. I heard taser taster taser. IN THE report they say a taser hit me in the shoulder without effect. But I was confused I was standing alone in my apartment. I went to the door and out. Just out side a taser hit me in the right chest and shoulder. This made the muscle in my arm go strait up, I reached out with my left hand broke the taser wire and at the same time saying what are you doing!!!. Now I was in a dream like state. From being taser] and a three taser hit my chest I don’t know what happen next [IHAD THE FEELING LIKE VARY BIG HANDS PUT ME SOFTY ON THE GROUND AND ALONG TIME HAD PAST THEN A VOICE SAID GET UP GET UP AND TELL THEM THIS IS NOT RIGHT] The EVAC was reviving me I woke to hand cuffs smelling sauce and a defibulater. Moss was to my right Pagliari in front and Sgt. and other top official’s. This is not right! Saying this to all that I could but looking at Moss [he gave me a look like good luck trying to prove it]. Then the EVAC worker said he needs to go to the hospital! And the Sgt. Said lets ask Shea if he wants to go .of course I said yes. And now I owe a 3800$ hospital bill and went to court six times each time wondering how they could do this I was tired of going to court every time I went I said I wanted a trial and a new date was set I got worn out and pled .I have my first felony [caused by sleep]!!!

So what were you arrested for ? Also if you were taken into custody and then to the hospital its no longer your responsibility to pay that bill. You were in their custody, they should pay it.

There is a lot more to this story than what is being said. Even if you were arrested for nothing why would you plea to a charge as serious as a felony.
