How do you stop police misconduct?
My problems with the police began about eight to ten months ago.
I roll my own cigarettes using an injector machine which produces a filtered cigarette. I use "Top" brand tobacco with a small amount of ground clove as a flavoring. The end result is a great tasting cigarette which has a slightly different smell than a normal cigarette.
My neighbor behind me was convinced I was smoking marijuana and reported me to the police. Now the police come by my home throughout the day and night with their dope sniffing dogs. After ten months of this even a brain dead moron would realize that I'm not smoking pot, but not the police.
They use my neighbor’s homes and properties to watch me and direct their operations from. I'm followed where ever I go and they have even tried to use one of their undercover vehicles to try and cause me to have an accident while driving my van and car. They have swerved in front of me and then slammed on their brakes forcing me to both slam on my brakes and leave the roadway to avoid hitting them. They have even while beside me swerved out of their lane and into mine directing their vehicle toward mine threatening to broadside my vehicle. Again I was forced to slam on my brakes, swerve out of my lane and actually leave the roadway to avoid a collision with the undercover police vehicle. This has occurred several times and the brown and black pickup trucks involved I have also noticed following me in the past, and I see them parked near anyplace I happen to be visiting.
Last night (01/13/2008 at approx. 6:45 ET) I was followed by several regular Coweta County Sheriff’s Department Patrol Cars to the grocery store with my son. Upon leaving I noticed that there were several other patrol cars a couple of blocks from the store. As we passed, both of these Coweta County Sheriff’s Department Patrol Cars pulled out on to the road behind us. The lead patrol car then sped up to a very high rate of speed, he bore down on us very quickly and I truly believed that the patrol car was going to intentionally ram us but he stopped only inches from my bumper and stayed in that position only inches from my bumper all the way to my driveway. They obviously were trying to start a confrontation, had no regard for Georgia’s Traffic Laws, and recklessly endangered the health and safety of both my son and myself. For this reason alone I know feel I must take steps to both stop and to publicize their abuse and misconduct.
The police are monitoring all of my telephone calls and after learning from phone calls between my wife and her sister that we would be at my sister in-law’s home on Christmas eve, and would not be back until very late took advantage of this opportunity and broke into my home and illegally searched our home without my consent or a search warrant. They used a screw driver and hammer on the lock set on my back door completely destroying the lock set and gaining illegal entry into my home. Upon our return we found our back door open, but none of our property was stolen so obviously robbery was not the motive behind the break in. From the behavior of my dog upon returning it seemed obvious to me that another dog, I presume belonging to a criminal police K9 unit had indeed been present in my home.
You would think that since they found no illegal drugs that this would have been the end of it, but no not with these police criminals, their misconduct still continues today.
After a telephone conversation with my wife while she was away on a business trip concerning the location of extra keys and their hidden location on one of my vehicles within two days the extra keys disappeared. I truly believe now the police criminals possess the spare keys to my van.
I find evidence of their continued misconduct on a daily basis. My basement has unlocked outside access and it is evident that the police are going into my basement with their drug sniffing dogs on a nearly daily basis. I know this because my two basement doors are usually open when I get up in the morning. They have also stolen some of my tools that I store in my basement. They are constantly trespassing on my property during the night, my dog alerts me to their presence and I chase them off several times a week.
I believe the Coweta Sheriff’s Department and the Newnan City Police Departments to be nothing more than state sanctioned, tax payer funded criminals who think that they don't have to obey the law that they are supposed to be enforcing! It's high time their misconduct and abuse come to an end and I'm willing to take any legal means necessary to stop them. I need advice as to what I can do to stop the activities of the police criminals.
After reading this letter you probably think that I'm a paranoid schizophrenic but I assure you that I'm not. I'm of sound mind, and everything I've stated in this letter is absolutely true.
