officer Ryan Templeman oversteps boundaries! 15 Minutes ago
Greeley police departments officer Ryan Templeman charges a Mr. Timothy Humphrey with felony stalking, DV, with Mr. Humphrey's wife, Christine Humphrey.
Previous to this charge, officer Templeman delt with several false allegations that Mrs. Humphrey & new-boyfriend had alleged against him. Mrs. Humphrey also spoke with officer Templeman about her new boyfriend and alleged he was quite abusive also. Officer Templeman took much personal interest in Mrs. Christine Humphrey!
Mr. Timothy Humphrey looked over a copy of the police report against him and noticed several things that were alleged and definitley not true. After analyzing the police report, Mr. Humphrey could not understand why an Officer would say he had witnessed him saying and doing such things which led to a felony charge against him, when it was not the truth.
Mr. Humphrey INVESTIGATES!!!
Mr. Humphrey received a phone bill of his wifes, Christine Humphrey for $1,700 dollars and was astonished. After reviewing the cell phone bill, he found around 44 hours of telephone conversation with Officer Templeman in a mere month! So Mr. Humphrey decided to take a look at her cell phone and found several "ROMANTIC & SEXUAL" text messages between Officer Templeman and Mrs. Humphrey. Mr. Humphrey confronted his wife about the relationship between her and the officer. Mrs. Humphrey stated, and I quote, "I was on heavy medications and do not remember the exact details of her and officer Templeman."
Mr. Humphrey brought all call records between her and the offficer to the Greeley Police Department. Internal affairs investigator, Tymcovich, investigated the allegations and cell phone records AND A CONFESSION FROM MRS. HUMPHREY'S RELATIONSHIP WITH THE OFFICER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Tymcovich's final investigation comments to the DA's office were and I quote, "OFFICER TEMPLEMAN IS FAIRLY A NEW OFFICER AND HAS LEARNED HIS BOUNDARIES!" SOMEONE STOP THIS INJUSTICE
